Well here is the Mission 4 Guide it will help u get threw the mission…also people are saying that they are sending me requests and im not responding well lately i learned that requests arent working as well as they should but it should be fixed soon.

Here it how to fix the chair lift.
Get the belf from the green penguin in the sport shop.
And then put it on the thing next to the sad penguin.
